Our mixing service includes background music (one backing instrumental) and up to five decorative sound effects, such as car horns, bells, and more, to enhance your audio experience. You may also request specific sound effects or instrumentals, and we’ll source and add them when possible. If you choose to submit your own audio elements, you must own the rights.

Additional integrations can be added for a setup and maintenance fee of $20/month each.
Integrations may include calendars, CRMs, email platforms, or other third-party tools essential to your workflow.
Each plan also comes with a set number of branded capture forms to collect leads, inquiries, and client data directly through your AI assistant.
Solo Agent includes up to 3 forms

Forms are fully customized to match your brand voice and assist in gathering key information from site visitors or clients.
While you can view your AI assistant’s chats directly through the connected platform (e.g., your website, WhatsApp, or Instagram), we also provide up to 40 downloadable transcripts per month for easy review. These are selected based on relevance and value to help you track key interactions.
If you ever need a specific transcript that’s not included, you may request it within 3 months of the conversation date, as long as your account is active. For urgent or legal matters beyond that window, archived files may be retrievable by request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: In the event of service cancellation, certain types of data—including transcripts—may be deleted within 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download or request any important records within the stated timeframe.
